You will get an email with tracking details as soon as the products leave our warehouse. Full tracking is available through the tracking number.

Due to the pandemic, we are currently shipping to a handful of international countries. We will be expanding to more countries in the coming months. Thank you so much for your patience.
We use Australia Post for all our international shipping.
You will be emailed with a tracking number as soon as the parcel has left our warehouse. Please see below for shipping rates and rough delivery time estimates.

The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges. Please check your governments' import fees and taxing before placing orders with La Femme Petite, as we do not cover these fees.
We will not be held responsible for parcels that are redirected to a local post office for collection. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for a delayed parcel due to incorrect entry of details.
Orders placed on weekends or after hours will be processed the next business day. We are unable to dispatch parcels over the weekend (we need time off too!).
Please note, during sale periods and times of seasonal offers, dispatch of orders and in turn delivery time may be delayed due to higher volumes. We aim to process all orders in a timely manner, but we ask for your patience in order processing.
Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and La Femme Petite will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. This can be due to public holidays, strikes or union action, weather delays and unforeseen circumstances during the delivery of your order.
We understand that sometimes things just don't work out. No hard feelings lovelies, the great news is that we accept all returns and we will provide full refunds.

Please contact us on email@example.com within 14days of receiving the product to organise the return and return the items within 30 days of receiving the product.
After receiving the product, the returned funds may take 2-3 business days to clear back to your bank account, depending on your payment method.
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order. If you have used a combination of web credit and card/PayPal/AfterPay then your web credit will be re-issued and your payment refunded.
Since we have already covered the initial shipping costs, unfortunately we are not able to cover the shipping costs to return items.
We process all Australian returns within 2 business days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
Please make sure the below criteria is met before returning your items.
The hygiene sticker is fully intact and not tampered with.
That you contacted us within 14 days of receiving the product.
Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
If you are unhappy with the nipple pasties please return them within 14days of purchase and a full refund will be applied to our purchase method.
Return postage is at the cost of the buyer.
In the event of a faulty Item:
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery so that our returns team can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. We will then ask you to return your item to us within 7 days from the date of shipment.
Please do not use any faulty items. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace it. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund or store credit will be issued.
