Returns and Refunds

We understand that sometimes things just don't work out. No hard feelings lovelies, the great news is that we accept all returns and we will provide full refunds.
Thank you so much for giving us a go. 
  • Please contact us at info@lafemmepetite.com within 14days of receiving the product to organise the return and return the items within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • After receiving the product, the returned funds may take 2-3 business days to clear back to your bank account, depending on your payment method.
  • All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order. If you have used a combination of web credit and card/PayPal/AfterPay then your web credit will be re-issued and your payment refunded.
  • Since we have already covered the initial shipping costs, unfortunately we are not able to cover the shipping costs to return items.
  • We process all Australian returns within 2 business days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.

Please make sure the below criteria is met before returning your items.
  • The hygiene sticker is fully intact and not tampered with.
  • That you contacted us within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
